Shipping

When will my product ship?

I keep a lot of "common" sizes and lengths in stock and can ship those within a few days.  However, I am a small business and because I offer so many choices I am not able to keep all of them in immediate stock.  If your product is not in stock I will have to place an order for the rope, wait to receive it and then make your product before shipping it to you.  This process can take 2-4 weeks.  Please be patient, I do not have employees at this time which means I run the business and make all the products myself.  I promise it will be worth the wait. Please contact me if you need products expedited.

 Shipping Fees (What a Nightmare)

I try my best to set up the shipping fees fairly. However, because I offer so many items with different weights it makes it hard to do it accurately.  I get frustrated when I purchase something online and the shipping is so high and sometimes more then what I actually purchased.  I don't want you to pay more then what it a costs me to ship it. If you feel you are being over charged then please contact me before completing the purchase and I will figure out the actual shipping cost and give you a coupon code to off set it if necessary.

If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping, will be refunded to you.

How do I Ship?

I ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) so please make sure you set your account up with a mailing address and not a delivery address. I try to ship "Flat Rate" when ever possible.   If you have a large order and would like to discuss shipping via UPS or FedEx, please contact me. I only ship in the US at this time. If you live outside the US and want to place an order contact me.
